Your Jumpstart into a healthy lifestyle
Planning your meals ahead, saves time, money and your sanity! In a 60 minute session you will learn the fundamentals of meal planning for you and your family to suit your taste, needs and dietary requirements. We will also put together a plan for 1 week along with a grocery list.
Setting up a Vegan/Gluten Free/Refined Sugar Free Pantry
It is easy to switch to a new diet and start eliminating foods, but to know what to add and what to substitute in your daily meal is the big struggle. In this 45 minute session you will learn how to reorganize and stock your pantry according to your dietary needs and your health goals.
Feeding a Toddler
Starting a healthy ritual for the young ones (1-3 years only)
Learn how to stop obsessing over your child's picky eating and nourish them the right way with the right foods. In 3 sessions of 60 minutes each, we will go over strategies of how, what and when to feed your tots successfully without losing your mind.
